Well, Mr Tom, this really stinks! But we are glad our wee one got to visit with you and for all your friendship over the years to me (from practically birth) and my husband Sana as we fixed up our house. Thanks for being a good person, you are gone too soon. We very much will miss you!!! We will mention you every single time we see a choo-choo train set to our little one, Chappell.

As a long-time colleague of Tom's at Alfred State and a Jericho Hill neighbor, I am deeply saddened by Tom's passing. He was a great teacher, a wonderful advocate for students, and a friend. My thoughts go out to his family as they try to deal with this sudden loss.

Tom enjoyed sharing his knowledge and love of trains and railroads. Our grandson was lucky to be a recipient of Tom's knowledge and kindness and we were appreciative for his friendship. Our prayers and condolences go to his wife, Barb and their children. Tom was a good man with a sense of humor. He will be missed by all his friends.

I was so saddened to hear of Tom's passing. We were neighbors with Tom & Barb on Jericho Hill for about 10 years. They were wonderful neighbors. They had an affection for our dog who reminded them of a dog they had lost. They started giving her treats and she started appearing at their door everyday! My thoughts and prayers are with Barb and the rest of the family at this difficult time.

So sorry to hear of his passing. I enjoyed talking to him at the VA and at Wegmans. He always was looking for a home in North Hornell and always kidded me about buying ours. I remember him at the antique store on Broadway with Mrs Franklin and Barbara. My condolences. Sorry this is late..
