ARKPORT/HORNELL-Todd Michael Vincent, 41, of Arkport, formerly of Hornell, passed away Tuesday (Feb. 13, 2018) at the Arnot-Ogden Medical Center in Elmira after a long battle with alcoholism.
Born in Hornell on Aug. 24, 1976, he was the son of Fay and Julie (Mowers) Vincent, who survive.
A graduate of Hornell High School, Class of 1996, Todd has resided in the Hornell-Arkport area most of his life.
He was employed at various restaurants in the Rochester and Hornell area, and was presently employed at Applebee’s in Hornell.
Todd was a communicant of the former St. Ignatius Loyola Church in Hornell where he served as an altar boy when he was younger.
He dearly loved his children and especially enjoyed music, Disney World, writing poetry, travelling and picnicking at Stoney Brook Park.
His loving family include his three children, Alex Scouten of Mooresville, N.C., Jesse Vincent and Olivia Vincent both of Hornell; his parents, Fay and Julie Vincent of Arkport; his two sisters, Kelly (Sam) Brunacini and Angie Vincent all of Rochester; his three nephews, Zach Guthrie, Nate and Sam Brunacini; his two uncles, Gary Mowers and John (Linda) Erskine all of Florida; his two aunts, Becky (Gar) Perrine of Mexico, N.Y. and Penny Nunn (Keith) of Elmira; as well as several cousins.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Bernice Vincent; his maternal grandparents, Louis Mowers, Jesse Sheon and Dolores Mowers Sheon; and his aunt, Helen Erskine.

Calling hours are 2-4 p.m. Sunday (Feb. 18, 2018) at the Bishop & Johnson Funeral Home, Inc., 285 Main St., Hornell. Friends are invited to meet his family at St. Ann’s Church in Hornell where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday (Feb. 19, 2018). Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Town of Fremont, at the convenience of the family.
